Sobre mí

About me — The Buddhist Grandfather

They call me «The Buddhist Grandfather» not because of my age, but because of my pace: slow to observe, clear to explain . Here I transform Buddhist teachings into everyday practices for a modern heart: breathing, detachment, gentle habits, and mantras that fit in a minute.

Who I am (and why I write)

I was born with a question in my heart: how to live with less noise and more meaning? After years of study and contemplative practice, I understood that calm is not a destination, but a skill that can be learned. That’s why this site exists: to offer you practical Buddhist mindfulness in an accessible way, without magical promises, and with small steps.

My 3-pillar approach

  1. Conscious breathing to calm the nervous system.
  2. Kind inner language (mantras, NLP) to sustain habits.
  3. Micro-actions that turn intention into everyday reality.

What you’ll find here

  • Mantras and meditations adapted to real life (without dogmas, with ethics).
  • Short stories with actionable tips to integrate Buddhism into your day.

If you’re overwhelmed by screens, start with this 10-minute mindful digital detox.

My story in 5 seasons

  • Restlessness: stress and mental noise; I discover breathing as a refuge.
  • Study: Buddhist ethics and compassion, mindfulness, meditative writing.
  • Practice: minimal rituals and short mantras for everyday life.
  • Service: sharing what has been learned in clear and human guides.
  • Community: this blog and its readers, walking step by step.

Who is this space for?

For people who feel rushed on the outside and long for a slower pace on the inside . If you’re seeking calm, focus, loving detachment, and a healthier relationship with abundance, you’ve come to the right place.

How I work (ethics and promise)

  • Honesty: I don’t promise cures; I propose processes.
  • Kindness: discipline is born from compassion, not punishment.
  • Practicality: small habits that fit into real schedules.

If you need just one thing today, let it be this: three breaths and a kind decision .
